This workshop intends to provide a firm understanding of the principles and applications of Flow Cytometry, combining the theoretical and practical sessions. Applicants may register in basic theoretical training modules only, or select the complete training including theoretical and practical sessions.

Course Contents:
• Principles of Flow Cytometry
• Fluorophores and Panel design
• How to perform a Multi-color experiment
• Perform compensations and analyze data
• Required controls and statistical analysis for data publication
• Applications: Immunophenotyping, cell cycle, apoptosis, phospho and soluble proteins by flow cytometry.
• Flow cytometry analysis with FlowJo Software (Licenses included)

Practical topics:
• Flow cytometry analysis with FlowJo Software (Licenses included)
• Design a multi-colour panel
