Principle
The EXTRACTME VIRAL RNA KIT is designed for the rapid and efficient purification of high quality viral RNA from swabs. The kit is specifically designed to isolate viral nucleic acid from a variety of RNA viruses including SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19). The isolation protocol and buffer formulation were optimized for high isolation efficiency and RNA purity.
