AgarSqueezer is a microscope slide chamber equipped with a compression system based on molded agar. Use it to apply instant and homogeneous compression to your cells and study their response to short- and long-term confinement.
AgarSqueezer has been used to confine adherent and non-adherent cells, including human, murine, plant and 3D cell cultures.
AgarSqueezer kit contents
In addition to the basic contents of the kit, we recommend using a silicon wafer to shape the agarose pillars. Four models are available, for pillars of 2.5 – 5 – 30 – 100 µm in height.
