Tell-seq is the technology developed by Universal Sequencing with which it is possible to obtain long sequences with a second generation sequencer.

With this kit you can prepare the library in less than 3 hours and without the need for any material that you do not have in the laboratory. Therefore, it is useful whether you provide a sequencing service, or if you are doing research and need to send the service to be sequenced.

The applications are varied, such as:

• De novo assembly
• Metagenomics sequencing
• Structural variation
• Whole genome phasing
