PCR Enhancer

During conventional PCR analysis, DNA fragments with high GC content are often difficult to amplify due to their stable secondary structure. Under ordinary PCR reaction conditions, DNA polymerase is difficult or even impossible to amplify. It can intervene in the secondary structure of high GC content DNA.
