VAHTS® Universal Plus DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina is a DNA library construction kit developed for the Illumina® high-throughput sequencing platform. This kit combines DNA fragmentation, end repair, and dA tailing into one step. The product does not need to be purified. It is directly connected to adapters, library enrichment and sorting, and can convert 100 pg-1 μg template DNA into Illumina® Qualcomm Volume sequencing platform dedicated library. There is no need to mechanically interrupt the genome, which simplifies the library construction process and shortens the operation time, and is suitable for PCR and PCR-Free library construction.
