Flamma 552 TUNEL Assay Kit

Flamma® Fluors TUNEL assay kit can measure specific detection and amount of apoptotic cells in cell group. Flamma® Fluorometric TUNEL assay detects DNA fragmentation which is a common biochemical characteristic arisen in apoptosis process regardless of the cell types. This product is a simple experiment of non-radioactive, and it accurately and quickly detects apoptotic cell death from adherent cells and suspension cells at a single-cell level. Not only for cultured cells, but it also can be applied for apoptotic cells analysis of paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Excitation/Emission (nm): 551 / 570 nm.
