COVID-19 testing: MicroLYSISRNA has been validated using MWE Virocult® and Co-Diagnostic’s Logic Smart COVID-19 RT-qPCRkit. Without loss in sensitivity when tested using Vircel QCreagents.
Protocol
- Add sample and MicroLYSIS RNA.
- Vortex energetically.
- Incubate at RT for 5′ and at 95ºC for 10′.
- Lysate ready for use in RT-qPCR.
