Histosure
HistoSure is a brand of Synaptic Systems covering antibodies dedicated for use in histopathology. HistoSure antibodies are specifically developed and highly validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC-P) in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues. They offer antibodies for mouse and human pathology, as well as species-specific antibodies for mouse-human chimeric tissues such as xenograft models and humanized mice.
HistoSure antibodies are exclusively available under the Synaptic Systems brand. They are produced and thoroughly tested in our own facilities to guarantee the best quality and reliability. HistoSure antibodies are subject to our special HistoSure Quality Guidelines
HistoSure Quality Guidelines:
- HistoSure antibodies intended to be used in xenograft pathology are essentially tested in appropriate mouse and human samples to exclude cross-reactivity.
- HistoSure antibodies intended to be used in mouse pathology are whenever possible tested by external collaborators before market launch.
- HistoSure antibodies that are specifically intended to be used in human pathology are validated by external pathologists in clinical samples.
