RAWspot technology maps the secretory profile of each cell to determine the exact center of the spot. This ensures a reliable spot count as well as precise identification of cells secreting multiple analytes in FluoroSpot.
The 3D model of RAWspot technology enables the generation of a new type of data in FluoroSpot and ELISpot: relative spot volume (RSV). Spot analysis goes beyond simple counts; you can now measure the relative amount of analyte secreted by each cell.
